The tape holder likes to come off the Jolly Roger with the tape. And I’m having a hard time figuring out a different spot for it. My Milwaukee is hard coming out of the Jolly Roger as well. Comfortable? Hell yes. And the ease of switching pockets out is hands down the coolest thing I’ve had since packouts.
Truthfully, it’s a little loose right outside the box so my tape measure kept falling off, but I gave it just a little pinch and it’s been working perfectly for me ever since

my tape has fallen out of this so many times. If i wasn't bending and stooping the tape will stay in place. the craftsmanshp is excellent like all holstery stuff, just doesn't secure my tape measure. i've ended up using the komelon pro tape measure holder. it's excellent.

If I bend over just half way my Milwaukee 25ft tape measure exhibits it's durability as it flys off the clip and hits the floor.

It doesn't quite hold my particular tape measure tight enough. It falls off the clip more easily than off my vest loop.

Great clip, comfortable all day with big or small tape. Can sometimes slide back and forth on the belt a little more than I'd like depending on the work pants or shorts I'm wearing but I it's still a solid option to get your tape off your pants and way less likely to fall off
Love my first round of Holstery gear. Tape, Magnet, Joey, Hammer loop. First the build quality is awesome, the clips don't just "clip" they grab on and don't let go. Never had a good tape holster and this is the best I've used. Goes in and stays and comes out with no fuss. Never thought the magnet would be that cool... but I'm a believer now... just that I sometimes get stuck to a shelf or something in the shop :-) Like the hammer loop but not so sure its right for me in the butt crack... prefer a holster on the right but was sold out when I ordered. Was worried that for people like me that are "okole" (Hawaiian for butt) challenged that the fully loaded belt would slide down and thus take my pants with it like other tool belts I tried. So far its working and possibly be cause its not carrying a ton of stuff...like your design premise of work lighter and smarter. All in all a great purchase and love that it is made right here in the USA. I also want to plug that it works with a Patagonia webbing belt that I've worn for years, but might just opt to wear your belt to keep up the pants and tools. Thanks you guys for making a great product!

So simple but so useful. Really speeds up working having somewhere to put tools that is always nearby! Also stops me from stabbing myself in the waist with the clip on my measure. Great product. Highly recommend!
A brand new tape with this will pull the holster off of your belt. Loosening the clip on the tape (like I always do anyways) makes it pull off perfectly. Love it.
Love it! Great for the days when I need to measure a lot but don't need my full toolbelt.

Tape fixes well but even better if you have a tighter tape holder on the tape you are using. Only problem I find is it slips out a bit when leaning over, or if the tape slips round the belt to the front it gets easily knocked out by your leg. Handy that it can back up as a holder for drills and drivers.
Very well made. Practical and handy when walking about instead on carrying everything. Didn’t like tool belts as felt they were bulky.

The clip doesn’t stay on my side. It slides around to the front and every time I crouch down my tape measure pops off the clip and falls to the ground. Very annoying and is the opposite of what you purchased the product for.
My pouch is big and bulky and puts a lit of pressure on my hips. The tapemaster allows me to work efficiently without the pain of my pouch. I was skeptical at first that it woukd be strong enough, but it has proved me very wrong. Thank you.
