I’ve been loving this belt. I used to have the 1st gen Mod belt pro which was great too but the Velcro eventually started to lose its grip when attaching to the under belt. This new mod belt of very comfortable and I love the belt clip. I do suggest adding suspenders I find that without the suspenders the belt moves around too much when bending and reaching. Balancing the weight of your tools on the belt is also important to keep the belt from moving around on you. Quality is always great from Holstery. I would highly recommend this belt and all of their holsters.

The pin pal was my introduction to Holstery and it was so effective I started changing all my gear over piece by piece. The big Joey pouch is the perfect utility pouch that offers capacity without the bulk. I appreciate the durability of the all steel clips on the pouches and tool holders, I can tell they will last for years. The magnet is very strong and convenient for a wide variety of applications. The tool belt is very comfortable and lightweight even when I have all my gear on. The ability to easily adjust the slack on the belt makes putting in and off very easy. The buckle mechanism is unique, it is very secure and will not come undone if you bend over. The holstery lineup is the most streamlined efficient tool belt and setup I’ve been able to find.
I love this belt so far! Very comfortable, my stuff doesn’t slide around on it when I take it off, and the new buckle design works very well!! 10/10 would recommend!!
The ModBelt HD is a huge improvement over the standard one. It is much more comfortable. The best part is the modular slots which keeps the accessories from sliding around.
I’m a fan of the belt. The quick release clip is sweet! Feels pretty durable but I don’t plan on keeping it since im not a fan of the pouches. But the belt is sweet

I have the mod belt and pad for 2 years. As always when holstery update its better. This new belt addresses the main problem- the lach catching on something and releasing the whole belt it's probably only happened to me five times but it's cool to see the address this the other issue they have addressed is the adjustment wall about on the system books a lot easier to sinch it up a bit tighter. Definitely putting this on the list - full time on the tools carpenter
I'm loving this tool belt. It holds perfect and the belt doesn't slip or come loose. It's very comfortable. The belt sits nice and close to your body and doesn't move around.
I like the tool belt and the mod pouches are nice too but I think personally I would like more individual pockets on the inside for my tools I think it would keeps them more secure when I'm walking about especially if I tend to lean forward. I tend to move a lot on my jobs so I would prefer to have my tools more secure and not have my tools slid out off the mod pouch. I think maybe the vest would be more appropriate for me along with some of those strong magnets. All in all I'm satisfied
belt is great, modularity is fantastic, and it is comfortable. i don't care for the cobraish buckle, though. The sliding release isn't the easiest to use when donning the belt. if the buckle design was a bit more like a traditional cobra buckle or a Diamondback buckle I'd give this belt 5 stars.
i would also like this belt to be available to purchase without the pad. i'd use this belt with a pad setup for my heavy loadouts, and a second belt only to velcro to an inner belt for some stabilization when using a lighter loadout.
The new and improved belt clasp is outstanding. This belt is super comfortable and versatile. Kudos! I’ve worn the big green heavy most of my career as a framer and it served me well but I must say that the option load of the Holstery system is a game changer. As I move into more of a specialized phase of my career, not doing framing as much , this system is outstanding. I’m sure if I still mainly framed it be great as well. I still have my old green belt but it now hangs in my shop only holding memories. Thanks Holstery
