All orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping to the US on orders over $40 and International orders over $75. Our US shipping is typically by DHL eCommerce, but we reserve the right to provide service via any carrier. The customer may also choose expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
We offer discounted, flat rate shipping to select other countries. Trust us, these fees don't come close to covering the cost, but we want to help make it a little easier on the pocket book:
- USA domestic: free above $40
- Canada: free above $75
- UK/EU: free above $75
- AUS/NZ: free above $75
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Holstery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
On any order (and especially international), Holstery does not take responsibility for the performance of the shipping carrier. If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will help in any way we can to recover it but we are not responsible for a free replacement. If you are concerned about loss in shipping, we offer a very low cost insurance option that will completely replace any lost items. 100% of this fee is passed on to the insurance provider, Route. We do not make any money on it. We highly recommend this for international orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
