Got a new set of bags and wanted to have my tape in a specific spot and the holstery clip got me what I wanted.

this is brilliant after trying a few things and either clipping on trousers or in pocket never comfortable even having a Diamond back vest tape kept dropping off or not in a comfortable place but with this can put it anywhere it's minimal love it tape is always to hand now
Awesome product!!
I hate having to fish for the edge of a pocket, only to have the damn tape clip push that edge down or in, failing to clip. Now, I just use the tape clip, which has it's own super-tight clip that doesn't even require you use it on a belt. I've not had it fall out even when squatting where the clip becomes horizontal to the ground, and clipping and unclipping the tape are now a breeze. Long overdue.
Small light and perfect for purpose
Works great for my tape. Could use the help of it being magnetic to help prevent tape from getting bumped off. Love that it work with my dewalt impact. Over great product, it's now part of my everyday carry!

This thing is the TRUTH! I work in heavy highway construction and from 8-16hrs a day 6-7 days a week 10 months a year lol...and this thing is on me every second which means I'm confident my tape will be with as well...the work I do has definitely pushed this thing to its limits and it has held up even past my expectations...I'm considering getting the magnet next just to have a little back holder for times when I may need to hold to a tool while I'm dealing with live traffic
Really like it on my tool belt, I just had to add a screw to keep it in place
Really great. I like to have my tape close and I carry one daily. I have 2 on my diamondback vest and use 2 xl hangers to clip bags on to for super easy change outs. I carry one on my edc belt every day. One of the all around best tools in the industry. Well done!
I love the full metal construction. Holds my tape measure in place and doesn't come out until I need it.

Great product, much easier than putting your tape directly on your belt or pocket, especially if you're measuring constantly.
The tape measure holster is my right hand man! I don’t miss the frustration of losing my tape on the job. Only thing I could ask for is a little saddle to hold the marker. I’m thinking a contoured hard plastic holder for sharpie on the back side of the clip.

I love the idea, but my tape falls off every single time I bend over! After a while I had to stop using it. I still love the little magnet that holds spare screws and bits, etc.
I had an alternative use for this and it didnt work, having said that its designed purpose is awesome
