Shipping Information
Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping notification when your order is on the way. Keep in mind that all delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your shipment. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update, so don’t worry if it’s not immediately available.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@holstery.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you!
International:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@holstery.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout. Duties and taxes are not subject to refund if your order has already been shipped.
